Research Purpose. This research study seeks to evaluate your understanding of early childhood tooth decay and to provide you with information, through a web-based health promotion website, on how this condition develops and how it can be prevented. The project will include an initial survey and a follow up survey that you should complete after you view an online educational program about early childhood tooth decay and dental cavities in a child's teeth.

The Columbia University College of Dental Medicine is evaluating early childhood tooth decay related behaviors and attitudes.

Risks. There are no anticipated risks to you for participating in this study. Participants will remain anonymous, and all responses are confidential.
Benefits. Your survey responses will help to inform on how to improve oral knowledge and attitudes utilizing electronic resources.
Compensation. There is no compensation for participation in this study
Confidentiality. You will not be asked for any identifiable information. Moreover, any information you provide will be stored securely at Columbia University, where it will remain confidential and only be used for purposes outlined in this document
